The site was developed with two primary goals. To educate the user about the service and guide them to the sign up page, and to resonate with the target audience through appropriate branding.
Art Direction
The site was constructed to pay tribute to the classical era of tattoo art. Initially it was Sailor Jerry who learned and mastered the art from the Japanese and Hawaiians and made it his own. His style and concepts are still regarded by many enthusiasts today as the pinnacle of the art.
